Candidate should have 6 to 9 years of SAP experience Candidate should have minimum 4+ Years experience in SD CS in implementation, support, rollout projects. Deep understanding of Business Process Knowledge Understanding of project implementation methodologies, ITIL processes.Design Implement and Support the SAP solution.Work on support engagement and manage priority-based tickets. knowledge of SLAs and playing vital role in identifying RCA Contribute to competency and work on PoC PoV’s.Co-ordinate with technical team on custom objects. Interacting with customers understanding the requirements, proposing solutions, methodology, etc. Should be an individual Contributor and played client facing lead role. Service contracts. Repair orders. Warranties.Inhouse repair scenario.DIP Profile configuration.Equipment Serial nos and Install based management. Free of charge order.
